Shift is an exclusive workshop for wedding photographers who want to step up their photography game and get excited about their work again.
SHIFT isn't a workshop where I simply explain the technical aspects behind some of my favorite photos. SHIFT is a very much hands on kind of workshop. It's a workshop where I give time for you try the concepts being taught.
I want you to see it's okay to fail and work through those failures and then I want to see that moment you nail the image and the concept. I love witnessing those "AH-HA!" moments. That way when you are at your next wedding, you have the foundation laid out already to create epic images.
Since this workshop will be in NH right around peak foliage season, there will also be a shoot with a real couple. This way you can see how I photography and look at my raw images and see how I edit them. But it also gives us a chance to play with smoke bombs, prisms, and Magmods. The shoot will be on the last day this way you can apply all that you've learned to these images and get another chance to work on these concepts while I am there to answer any questions.
Everything is on the table with this workshop. There are no secrets. If you want to know about a specific image I've shot, Ill tell you exactly how I did it and my reasoning behind it. The last thing I want is for you to leave having any questions. I will also set up time for individual portfolio reviews during and then after the workshop. This way we can see what concepts you've tried and applied at your next weddings.
I didn't want to host a workshop where I couldn't give individualized attention to everyone who signs up and for that reason I limited the number to 7. This isn't going to be your basic wedding photography workshop. I want people there who are passionate about bettering their skills and want to have a damn good time while doing it.
So if you're ready to take your photography to the next level, to stop feeling stuck and burnt out, to be inspired by your couple and your venue, to make images that "WOW", and to meet other photographers who feel the same way - fill out the contact form below and let's do this. I am very much looking forward to meeting you all soon <3
