Church Landing Mill Falls Wedding // Meredith, NH // R+C
What I love most about being a wedding photographer is capturing candid moments throughout the day. When people view my photo’s, I want them to feel something – whether that is the love shared between my couples, joy as guests rage on the dance floor, the gratitude beaming from those who give speeches, and all the other moments both big and small that happen throughout the day.
Rachel is one of those people who can just put a smile on everyone’s face when she walks into the room. She has a way of making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. So it is no surprise that when she walked into a bar in her new neighborhood, she caught Chris’s attention. But let’s start from the beginning…The day Chris & Rachel met she was working as an assistant to an executive and I had to take one of his clients to the airport. This man told Rachel about his love for his wife and how they met. Rachel told the man who happy she was for sharing his story with her and that one day she hoped she could find a similar love. They decided to pray together & he blessed her at the airport as was taking off to catch his plane. Later that day Rachel went to a bar and where Chris overheard she was moving into her apartment and he offered to help me. Rachel accepted his kind gesture and 2 months later they became official. Three years later, after a bike ride to their favorite beach in Caumsett State Park, Chris got down on one knee and asked Rachel to spend forever with him.
Fast forward to a sunny September afternoon, Rachel and Chris said their vows over looking the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee while all their family and friends watched.
Rachel & Chris – thank you so much for having me capture your day – looking forward to reuniting and having a martini (or 5) <3
