is based on the unity of goals, which motivate them to work together. If we accept decent wages as a basic factor that is not discussed, each employee in the team should also understand where the company is going, what tasks it sets for itself and what it is trying to solve. Mikhail Sivak, Vice President, Director of the Administrative Department of Hals-Development, believes that the main factor motivating people to teamwork is the success of a common cause, which is possible only with 100% commitment from each employee. It is the business that is valued in the team and every employee should know about this business. Mikhail Sivak says: “We regularly share information about our achievements with our employees, we hold corporate events and training sessions to maintain and develop the team spirit”. This point of view is also shared by the NDV-Real Estate team, where they claim that the agency is a company of like-minded people who are moving towards a common goal, where everyone is responsible for their own layer of work, while remaining a professional in their field. And here not only team spirit and different rewards are important, but also the possibility of self-realization and work with interesting and extraordinary projects. The value of the project in development is generally at the forefront. Olga Guseva notes that budgets will not be able to solve anything if the team does not like the project and is done without a positive attitude. Buns and gingerbread Teamwork is not inculcated by special methods, it, as the managing partner of GOOD WOOD corporation Alexander Dubovenko notes, appears somehow by itself: “I will not say that when choosing employees there are criteria aimed at fitting a person into the team. Knowledge and experience are important for us, which can bring real benefits to the company, increase the efficiency of the team. The team spirit somehow itself then appears. This can be seen both in social networks and in the fact that people are friends after work. Another indicator for me is that most of our employees’ cars can be seen with a sticker with the company logo. This is great”.
Aundrea & Rudy have a love story that is very near and dear to my heart. She is from the States, he is from South Africa, and they met while Aundrea was traveling in Australia visiting friends. A short while later, her parents found out she was going to extend her time in Perth, Australia to be with Rudy who two years later proposed to Aundrea in one of her favorite parks – The Boston Commons.
Aundrea is one of the most kind hearted brides I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She also has one of the most amazing jobs ever working at the Perth Zoo down in Australia. I had just met Rudy moments before his first look with Aundrea but you could tell how happy and proud he was that she chose to spend the rest of her life with him. They chose to do their first look at Strawbery Banke Museum as Aundrea loved all the flowers in their gardens. Later that day, in front of 50 of their closest friends and family (who literally flew all over the world to see them!) they said “I do!”
Congratulations Aundrea & Rudy – I hope you had an amazing time exploring Japan on your honeymoon. Please feel free to tag & share – as to all their friends seeing these images who live in Australia – here’s my shameless plug to say that I travel for weddings 😉 #bakkerbash
