Hardy Farms // New Hampshire Summer Rustic Chich Barn Wedding
Katelyn & Anthony contacted me early in 2016 to photograph their wedding at Hardy Farms and I was so excited that I was still available. The property is in Fryeburg Maine and has an amazing white rustic barn, beautiful white tent, and a gorgeous ceremony space in the woods that is encircled by trees – basically what any New England Wedding Photographer’s dreams are made of. Katelyn & Tony met at work at the state psychiatric hospital and have been together ever since. A few years later, Anthony proposed on a random Saturday morning in the comfort of their home.
Katelyn wore a gorgeous lace strapless dress and I absolutely love Anthony’s floral tie – why more guys don’t wear awesome patterns on their ties/ bow ties is something I have yet to figure out haha. I loved that her floral arrangements looked like native Maine wild flowers – the designers did such an amazing job on both the bouquets and the floral center pieces they had placed on their guests tables. Katelyn had one of the sweetest first looks first with her Dad where she gave him a beautiful tie with a personalized note for it and one with her soon to be husband. We then had plenty of time before the ceremony to take all their family and wedding party formal photographs so that they could enjoy and mingle at their cocktail hour. After all the formalities were over, Cover Story Entertainment had everyone dancing late into the night in the barn.
